NELLIE TIPLER

Mrs. Nellie Tipler, 92, of 1326 Merryman St., died Friday at Menomineee County Lloyd Hospital.

The former Nellie DeFaut was born March 2, 1891, in Door County where she lived most of her life. She moved here in 1977 to reside with her son, Floyd.

Mrs. Tipler was a member of Christ the King Episcopal Church, Sturgeon Bay, and the Sturgeon Bay Rebekah Lodge.
Surviving besides her son are a brother, Frank DeFaut of Crooked Lake; a sister, Mrs. Blanche Reel of Peshtigo; four grand-children and two great-grandchildren. Her husband, Harry, died previously.

Friends may call at the Hansen-Onion Martell Funeral Homes Sunday from 2-4 pm.

Friends may also call at Christ the King Church Monday after 10 am until 11 when services will be held. Burial will be in Bayside Cemetery, Sturgeon Bay.
