Actor, Comedian. Born in Detroit, Michigan, Batayeh was a famous actor and comedian, best known for his role in "Breaking Bad" as the manager of Gus's notorious laundromat. He starred in three seasons of AMC's "Breaking Bad" as Dennis Markowski. Throughout his acting career, Batayeh made appearances on shows like "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," "Sleeper Call," "The Bernie Mac Show," "Boy Meets World," and "Everybody Loves Raymond." He also co-starred in films such as Paul Weitz's "American Dreamz," "Don't Mess with the Zohan," and "Detroit Unleaded." While working as a comedian, Batayeh performed and headlined many notable comedy clubs such as New York's Gotham and Los Angeles' Laugh Factory, Comedy Store, the Improv and the Icehouse. He became one of the first American comedians to perform for local audiences in the Middle East, doing shows in Dubai, Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Nazareth and Jordan. He lived in Los Angeles when doing acting jobs, but his full time home was in Michigan where he died. He died after suffering a heart attack.
