Born June 22, 1895, Fremont, Wayne County, to Thomas P. and Sarah Jane John Rees. Married Thurland H. Blackburn Nov. 7, 1917, Loa. Member LDS Church. Clerk in several Salt Lake City dry goods stores.
Survivors: husband; sisters, Mrs. Donald (Lucile) Torgerson, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Joel (Ethel) Herron, Glendale, Calif.
Funeral Saturday 11 a.m., Loa LDS Ward Chapel, where friends call hour before service. Burial Loa City Cemetery.
