She was born at Benjamin, Utah on February 11th, 1898 to Niels A. and Sine Anderson. The late Nora Bullock came to Raymond, Alberta at an early age with her parents and brothers and sisters. She grew up at Raymond and Barnwell and graduated as a Registered Nurse from the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City.
She married Lyman Bullock in 1925 at Cardston. They farmed at Barnwell until Lyman passed away in 1940. Nora and her family moved to Lethbridge and later she moved to Salt Lake City, Utah.
Nora was a great friend to all and used her nursing skills to help many. She was always very active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving especially with the youth. Her home has always been open to relatives and friends and they enjoyed her cheerful and enthusiastic attitude.
She is survived by two daughters, Bernice (LeRoy) Evans of Salt Lake City, and Genielle (Truman) Hebdon of Mesa, Arizona; one son, Gerald (Jackie) of Pleasant Hill, California; 20 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Lyman in 1940 and a daughter, Barbara (Ivan) Hobson in 1977. She is also survived by one sister, Clara Smith of Lethbridge; and one brother, Ivan (Arvilla) Anderson of Barnwell. Also surviving is a sister-in-law, Laverne Anderson of Raymond.
Funeral Services will be held at Larkins Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, October 16th, 1984 at 12 noon with Bishop Lloyd Mills officiating. Interment will follow in Provo, Utah.
