Emma Young, aged 86, died on Oct 6, 1966, at her residence.
She is survived by three sons; William, at home, Kenneth and Arthur of Lansing, five daughters; Mrs. George Peterson of Lansing, Mrs. Stella Schmidt of Joliet Illinois, Mrs. Peter Busch of Lansing, Mrs. Melvin Vierk of Lansing, and Miss Lorraine Young, at home, one sister; Mrs. Amelia Kniefel of Kouts Indiana, 18 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 6th at 2 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church with the Rev. A. E. Krause officiating. Burial will be in Oak Glen Cemetery in Lansing. Friends may call the Schroeder Funeral Home, Lansing, Tuesday from 7-10 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-10 p.m.
