Services for Corinne Coffman, 86, of Lubbock, will be held on Wednesday, March 12th, at 2 p.m. at Quaker Ave Church of Christ with David Langford officiating. Burial will follow in the City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Resthaven.

Corinne passed away on Monday, March 10th, 2008.

She was born Aug. 15, 1921 in Abernathy to Pitman and Ruby Lee Hoover Emery. She had lived in North Carolina, Tennessee and Arkansas, prior to returning to Lubbock, in 1990. She had worked as a personal caregiver for many years and was a member of the Church of Christ.

Corinne was preceded in death by a daughter, Toni Logsdon in 1996.

Survivors include two daughters, Sondra and husband Eddie Simpson of Lake Stamford, Texas, Jo Meador of Houston; two sons, Alton Spence and wife Jo Ann of Atkins, Ark., Richard Spence and wife Madie of Fayetteville, Ark.; two brothers, Harold Emery of Amarillo, and Wayne Emery of Arkansas; one sister, Nadine Graves of Austin; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
