Mr. Allen J. Scholtens, age 56, of Wyoming, formerly of Grant, died suddenly Monday, May 23, 2005 at his home in Wyoming. He is survived by his children, Jamie and Nicole Jaroh, Todd Jaroh all of Jenison, Crystal and Tim Jewett of Grand Rapids, his brothers and sisters, Herman and Esther Scholtens of Grandville, Robert and Cindy Scholtens of Grant, Karen and Vincent Bradley of California, Calvin and Angela Scholtens of Howard City, Brenda and Ron Nelson of Fremont, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. from the Grant Christian Reformed Church on Saturday, May 28, 2005 with Pastor Gary VanKoevering officiating. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery near Grant. Visitation will be held 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Grant Christian Reformed Church.
