PRATT - Gladys Mae Oller Krug, 89, died October 3, 2006, at South Wind Hospice Home, Pratt.
She was born September 9, 1917, in Pratt, Kansas, the daughter of Russell Eugene and Bessie Marteney Oller. A lifetime resident of the Pratt area, she was a homemaker.
She belonged to First Baptist Church, Pratt, a member of the Pratt American Legion Auxillary, Prat and Pansy Rebekah Lodge, Cunningham.
On Sept. 2, 1936, she married Henry Edwin "Dick" Krug in Pratt. He died October 23, 1992.
Survivors include: three sons, Richard, Bartlett, Tenn.; Ralph, Cunningham; Roger, Wichita; two daughters, Evelyn Schnittker, Grand Lake, Colo.; Virginia Cates, Claflin; a brother, Jerry Oller, Langdon; five sisters, Velma Schnittker, Pratt; Gertrude Wehling,Colorado Springs, Col.; Mary Ann Kellman, Grand Junction, Colo.; Ellen Hamson, Pratt; Lynette Chick, Hutchinson; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 11 a.m.Friday at First Baptist Church, Pratt, with Pastor Stan Hendershot and John Hamm officiating. Burial was in Maud Cemetery, Cunningham. Visitation was from 9 a.m. to 8 p,m. Wednesday and Thursday, both at Larrison Mortuary, Pratt.
