Gail was a retired Ramp Agent at Delta Airlines and a Homemaker. She excelled at softball in her younger years and played Co-Ed Softball for many years. Gail enjoyed sports and loved attending ballgames. She also enjoyed working on the farm, caring for her animals, a good game of cards and most of all, spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Gail was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 52 years, Jimmy Wayne Roberts, who passed away November 18, 2021. She was also preceded by two brothers: Denver Black and Carl Black; two sisters: Betty Chapman and Connie Clinkenbeard and two infant siblings.
Left to mourn her passing and celebrate her life are her son: Jimmy Wayne (Christy) Roberts, II of Dry Ridge; three daughters: Karla (Nate) Dossett of Warsaw, Holly Roberts of Warsaw and Jennifer (Derrik) Moeves of Ft. Thomas; a brother: Melbourne E. Black of Perry Park; and several grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 14th from 4:00 pm- 8:00 pm at Garnett-New Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, December 15th at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Napoleon Cemetery.
