Etta Marie Lloyd Wade, age 69, of Lexa, died Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at the N.E.A. Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.

Mrs. Wade was born March 19, 1953, in Forrest City, and was the daughter of Homer Lloyd Sr. and Beulah Lindsey Lloyd. She lived in Forrest City until moving to Lexa, was retired from the Forrest City Middle School, and attended the Church of Christ Church.

Mrs. Wade married Tommy Wade in 2006, and he survives her along with one son, Byron A. Lloyd of Palestine, two brothers; Walter Lloyd of Little Rock and John Lloyd of Fayetteville, Arkansas, two sisters; Sue Bishop of Palestine and Pat Rodman of West Helena, five grandchildren; Holden, Adam, Jacob, Shelby, and James, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Graveside, 2:00 P.M., Saturday, at the Forrest Park Cemetery in Forrest City. Visitation will be Saturday, 1:00 P.M., until the time of the service, at Stevens Funeral Home. Stevens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The family will be gathering at Sue Bishop's home, 133 E. Wood Street, Palestine, Arkansas, 72372.
