Arline was born on September 29, 1924 in Chicago. She was an only child to parents George Herman and May Margaret Fehr Heidel. She married William Frank Toberman in 1949. They were blessed with three children, Susan, Barbara, and William Jr. They made their home in Homewood, IL, a suburb of south Chicago. Arline died August 23, 1971. She was 46 years old. Surviving were her husband and children, and her mother, Mrs. May Heidel of Florida. Funeral services were held at Cordt-Ryan funeral home with interment in Evergreen cemetery.
