Reta Dale Jarvis, 89, departed this world surrounded by her loving family Tuesday, March 8, 2005, at a local hospital.
Reta Jarvis was born to Orville and Ethel Cochrane in North Kansas City, Mo., April 24, 1915.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bill; husband, John; infant daughter, Ethel Glendale; daughters-in-law, Dianne and Margaret Jarvis; and grandson, Scot.
Reta Jarvis is greatly missed by her survivors, daughter, Patsy and husband, Jesse Freeman of Springtown; sons, Richard Jarvis of Reno, Butch Jarvis of Springtown, Joe and wife, Billie Jean, of Watauga, Frank and wife, Billie Jean, of Fort Worth, Bill and wife, Mary Sue, of Gordonville; sister-in-law, Wilhelmina Bruton of Dallas; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday, March 11, at White's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Springtown Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 10, at White's Funeral Home.
