I loved my Dad as much as any one could love another person. We had good times together. He loved to cook. He would fix bean soup and it was the best and no one could make it as good as he could. Except Mom.
He love working in his garden. Straw-berries and black-berries. Hours in the sun keeping the weeds out.
He also was employed by which is now called Jeep. (back then it was called: Willie's Overland - He had a lot of friends. He loved to tell jokes.
He gave me the nick name Tadpole. Two of us were given that name, first my sister Eileen and then when I came along he gave it to me. Eileen and I would argue over who's name it belong to. I won! How do I know that? Because he didn't call her that anymore. She then became Sis. But we still share the name.
As you can see he loved to make funny faces. I have lots of photos where they would always take a picture of him making his funny face. The other funny face in the photo on here is me. I do a good job too don't you think? But then I had a good teacher.
Dad was a Chiropractor when I was born and when we would get sick here he would come and give us a treatment. Oh how I hated them. But they did help but they hurt too.
Love you Dad! Your Tadpole, Reba
