Margaret M. McClure, "Peggy", a longtime resident of Media, PA passed away at Rose Tree Place on May 15, 2020. She was 90 years old. Peggy was born in Utica, NY to the late Rudolph and Margaret (née Dougherty) Guth. She grew up in Glen Mills and was a graduate of Notre Dame High School in Moylan. Peggy was the beloved wife of the late Richard E. McClure. She was a loving mother, a proud grandmother, and a devoted sister.

Peggy was a true example of hard work and dedication. She worked as a waitress at the Rose Tree Inn for nearly thirty years and at Terstappen's Bakery for fifteen years all while raising four children. She was a parishioner of Nativity B.V.M. Peggy enjoyed gardening, bowling, and traveling. A wonderful friend to many, Peggy truly loved people and talked to everyone!

In addition to her husband of 53 years, Peggy was predeceased by her sons Peter Blosenski and David Blosenski and her sisters Connie Brink, Elizabeth Snyder, Barbara Young, and Ann Marie Higgnutt.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated privately at Nativity B.V.M. on Thursday, May 21, 2020. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Media.
