Age 92, died Friday, April 2, 2021 at her home in Saline, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 30, 1928 on a farm in London Township to Steve and Julia (Kovacs) Borso. Margaret graduated from Milan High School in 1945 and on June 25, 1949 she married Frank Ziegler. He preceded her in death in Florida on May 21, 2012.
A lifelong athlete, she won numerous accolades/trophies especially for her golf and bowling abilities, many after the age of seventy. Her family was most important to her and she proudly lived to care for them devoutly. She was honored to be a homemaker.
Margaret is survived by her daughter Cheryl Ziegler, two sons, Gary and Ronald (Theresa) Ziegler, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband she was preceded in death by seven brothers: Paul, Albert, Steven Jr., Louis, John, Stephen and Albert, and two sisters: Julia Knueve and Helen Edwards.
Visitation will be Friday, April 9, 2021 from 12-2pm at Ochalek-Stark Funeral Home, Milan where the funeral service will be held at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Marble Park Cemetery in Milan.
