Dennis O. Dullenty, 80, Greensburg, died at 10:32 a.m. on Sunday, September 26, 2004 at the Veterans Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born, September 28, 1923 in Greensburg, Indiana, he was the son of Michael and Rose (Powell) Dullenty.
He was a retired employee of Cummins Engine Co. in Columbus, IN.
He was a Army Veteran serving in WW II.
He was married to Florence M. Pickett on July 29, 1968 and she survives.
He is survived by three Step-sons, Charles Clemons, Jr., Colorado Springs, CO., Larry (Carmel) Clemons, Franklin, IN, Michael (Debbie) Clemons, Greensburg; one step-daughter, Roberta Durham, Columbus, IN; 11 Grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 step brothers, Fred Hersley, Orville Hersley, Floyd Hersley, Charles Hersley; 2 step-sisters, Ethel Wolfa, Dorothy Mohr.
Visitation will be from 4-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 29, 2004 at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg with Rev. Glen Hensley officiating.
The American Legion will conduct rites at the funeral home on Wednesday.
Internment will be held in the South Park Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the First Church of God.
