Myrtle L. Russell, 98, passed away September 13, 2022 at A.O. Fox Nursing Home in Oneonta.
She was born July 17, 1924 in Homer, the daughter of Russell and Daisy (Greengrow) Alcott. Myrtle was the oldest of 7 siblings.
Myrtle married Lewis Russell, who predeceased her.
She is survived by her children, Carol Smith of Florida, Martin and Pat Russell of Tennessee, Rosanne and Lloyd Merrill of Treadwell, Louise and Fred Beardslee of Davenport Center and Elaine and Warren Hull of East Worcester; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Worcester.
