He was born April 14, 1942, son of the late Russell and Daisy (Greengrow) Alcott in Bennettsville.
Prior to retirement Ray worked for the Borden Chemical Co. in Bainbridge for 30 years. He was also a member of the North Afton United Methodist Church.
Ray is survived by his devoted wife, Ida (Terhune) Alcott, Bainbridge
As well as; 3 children and 2 stepchildren
Friends may call, Monday, November 26, 2018, from 10-11:00 am followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am in the North Afton United Methodist Church with Pastor Benjamin Shaw officiating.
Burial will be in North Afton Cemetery in the spring.
In lieu of flowers donations may be directed the to the North Afton United Methodist Church 121 County Road 17 Afton, NY 13730
