Nancy Louise Williams, 69, of Chenango Forks, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 8, 2013 at Wilson Regional Medical Center in Johnson City. Nancy was born on February 27, 1944, daughter of the late Russell and Daisy (Greengrow) Alcott in Bainbridge. She married David Henry Williams on July 22, 1967 in Bainbridge. For a short time Nancy worked at Champion Products in Norwich and Chenango County Office for the aging. Nancy attended the Berean Bible Church in Greene and loved to spend time with her family and reading her favorite book, the Bible.

Nancy is survived by:

Her husband, David Williams of Chenango Forks

Two Daughters: Julie Nadine Drake and her husband Paul,

Michelle Lynn Williams and her boyfriend, Michael Jump.

Two Grandchildren: Alexandra Nicole Drake and Dallas Michael Drake

6 Siblings: Ed Alcott and his wife, Freida; Bob Alcott and his wife, Helen; Ray Alcott and his wife, Ida; Doris Burghardt, Myrtle Russell and Rosa Dutcher

Relatives and friends, Carol (Russell) Smith and her husband Lon.

And several Nieces and nephews and many friends

In addition to her parents, Nancy was predeceased by: her nephew, Rusty Pomeroy and brothers-in-law, Bruce Pratt, Henry Gabaccia, John Santic, Lewis Russell and Richard Dutcher, and Thomas Tuttle.

Friends may call from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main Street Sidney, NY 13838

Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Chuck Reppard of the Berean Bible Church officiating. Burial will follow in North Guilford Cemetery, Guilford.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
