Funeral services for Jane will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at the Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home, in Atlanta, with Rev. Deborah J. Johnston officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p. m. on Thursday at the Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Zion Cemetery in Lincoln.
Jane Roberta Beck was born on February 19, 1943, in Montezuma, Indiana, the daughter of Harley Wilford and Lowesa Chase Beck, Sr. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Gene Doolin on September 15, 1962. He preceded her in death on April 14, 2014.
She is survived by her children, two daughters and their husbands and one son and his wife; six grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and five sisters. She was the last of her immediate family.
She graduated from the Atlanta High School. Jane retired from General Electric in Bloomington and was a member of Local #1000. Her hobbies included crocheting, gardening, mushroom hunting or just enjoying the outdoors.
Memorials may be made to the Atlanta United Methodist Church or the Humane Society of Logan County.
