Mrs. Roy Mathers died at her home in Chelan early last Sunday morning, October 25. The funeral was held Monday.
Grace Adams was born at Medical Lake, Washington, November 24, 1890 and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Adams. Her parents came to the Lake Chelan valley eighteen years ago and settled in the Antione district. She grew to womanhood in this community and was married to James Roy Mathers, March 15, 1909. Two children were born to the, Lyle, aged three and a half years, and Frank, aged two years. These little ones, together with the husband, three sisters, a brother and the parents, survive her and mourn the great loss they have suffered.
