He was born in Lebanon on Saturday, May 20, 1939 to the late Henry W. Demler, Sr. and Dora M. (Bressler) Demler.
Hank graduated from Lebanon High School in 1957.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran and Flotilla Commander for the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary in Wrightsville and Clearwater, Florida for twenty-six years.
Hank retired as an Electronics Engineer for AMP, Incorporated.
He enjoyed woodworking.
in addition to his parents, Hank was preceded in death by his sister: Linda Kleinfelter.
He is survived by his wife: Catherine A. (Grodensky) Demler; his daughters: Dori (Gordon, Jr.) Strauss and Kathi (John II) Nye; his son: Edward (Grace) Demler; his granddaughter: Amanda Wolfe; his grandson: Bradley (Katelynn) Wolfe.
Visitation will be on Monday, August 22, 2022 from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM in Christman's Funeral Home, Incorporated, 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. Memorial Services will begin at 12:00 PM.
Inurnment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at 01:30 PM.
