Wilbur L. Gladfelter
SEVEN VALLEYS – Wilbur L. Gladfelter, 75, husband of Lizzie Myers Gladfelter, of Seven Valleys RD 2, died Saturday at 6:45 p.m. at York Hospital.
Born in North Codorus Township, he was the son of the late Howard O. and Ada Kessler Gladfelter.
He was a life-long resident of the Seven Valleys area. He was a member of the Seven Valleys Fire Company.
A former employee of York Safe and Lock Company, he was in later years a self-employed laborer.
Surviving also are a daughter, Mrs. Betty R. Allison, Manchester RD 1, two grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock, with the Rev. Millard L. Kroh, a retired minister, officiating. Burial will be in Zion (Shaffer's) Union Cemetery.
