Billy Wayne Beavers, 77, of Harrah, passed from this life on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at the McLoud Nursing Center. Billy was born October 8, 1944, in Frederick, OK, to Ernest and Dorothy Mae (Davis) Beavers.

He was raised and educated in Rexroat and Wilson, graduating from Wilson High School in 1963. He attended Central State University (UCO) for a year while working building houses in Oklahoma City. Billy married Donna Haynes on January 17, 1964, in Ardmore.

The couple made their home in Oklahoma City and, later, Harrah. Billy worked for Midwest Drywall of Oklahoma City and other companies before starting Metroplex Commercial Construction. He worked alongside his brother in law Ray Haynes from 1978-2005 helping build the Oklahoma City skyline.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Beavers and Dorothy Mae (Davis) Beavers and a brother Robert Beavers.

Survivors include his wife Donna of the home; sons Mike and wife Pam Beavers, Gary Beavers and girlfriend Missy Roye; brothers Orville and wife Mabini Beavers of Tulsa, Jerry and wife Kathy Beavers of Moore; sisters Patsy Gothard of Bethany, Vicki and husband Carl Briant of Oklahoma City, Barbara and husband John Gill of Ardmore;
grandchildren Kamesha and husband Stephen Stebbins, Jeannie and husband Andy Lopez, Nick and wife Caitlin Beavers, Gage and wife Sarah Beavers, Stormy Beavers and boy friend Joe Lynch; Kristen Karr and husband Josh Karr, Joshua Beavers, and Katelyn Perez; great-grandchildren Aydin Beavers, Sylas Brown, Amelia Beavers-Lynch, Paisley Beavers, Noah VonRitchie, Ethen Karr, Axel Stebbins, Addison Karr, Edith VonRitchie, Harvey Lopez, Indie Beavers, Liv Lopez, Cal Lopez, August Perez, Hadley Beavers and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 16 at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Luther.. Arrangements are under the care of Asa Smith Funeral Service of Harrah. Online condolences may be made at www.asasmith.net In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice.
