Frances Fern Kelley was born November 23rd, 1932 in Hammon, Oklahoma to Zora (Jones) and Henry Lewis(sic) Neff. She passed away Sunday, May 1st, 2022 in Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 89 years, 5 months and 8 days.
Frances grew up in Hammon where she attended school. She moved to Elk City where she began her family. In 1957 she was married to Bill Kelley in Clovis, New Mexico. Frances helped provided for her family by cleaning rooms at the Best Western Motel. At the age of 59 she retired and enjoy playing Bingo, fishing, taking trips to the casino, and spending time with her family and friends.
She preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill; daughter, Gwenda Hudson; infant twins; 2 grandsons, Kelly and Robert Boyer and 10 brothers and sisters.
Frances is survived by her children, Janice Miller, Anita Crawford, Bill Moore, Allen Kelley, Carey Bradley, Mike Kelley, Jessie Kelley, and Dedra Kelley; 20 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; 1 sister, Gracie Poole and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
