Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Waters Funeral Home in Baldwyn with the Rev. Jimmy Wallis officiating. Burial will be in Prentiss Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include one daughter, Martha Jo Bates of Baldwyn; two sons, Charlie Barber (Emily) and Tommy Barber (Dianne), both of Tupelo; one stepdaughter, Becky McVey (Eldon) of Booneville; one stepson, Terry Carr of Manila, Ark.; a half sister, Rose Ganus of Savannah, Tenn.; a half brother, Glen Wallis of Nashville, Tenn.; five grandchildren, Eddie Lewis (Millie) and David Lewis, both of Baldwyn, Chuck Barber (Tina) of Tupelo, Andi Pee (Jason) of Saltillo and Christie White (Christian) of Dallas, Texas; 11 great-grandchildren.
