Minnie Rosella Wallis Ganus was born April 26, 1933 in Hardin County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Colonel Spencer and Bessie Rose Horton Wallis.

On November 15, 1952 she was united in marriage to Evan F. Ganus, who survives.

Mrs. Ganus was a seamstress at Michael's Sportswear and a member of the BB and L Church.

Mrs. Ganus departed this life on May 9, 2008 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 75 Years, 13 Days.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Charlotte Durham of Adamsville, TN; four sons, Michael Ganus of Adamsville, TN, Jeff Ganus and wife Mitzi of Milledgeville, TN, Greg Ganus of Jackson, TN, Barry Ganus of Adamsville, TN; a brother, Glen Wallis of Nashville, TN; a sister, Lois Stewart of Savannah, TN; seven grandchildren, Jeremy Durham, Brodie Meter, Ashley Durham, Clay Ganus, Amanda Brasfield, Alyssa Ganus, Evan Ganus.In addition to her parents,

Mrs. Ganus was preceded in death by six sisters, Jean Darwin, Lynn Eaton, Era Dixon, Thelma Anderson, Bessie Mae McAlister, Vera Carr; four brothers, Coy Wallis, Ira Wallis, Ed Wallis, Bill Wallis.
