TISHOMINGO -- Services for Willie Louis "Bill" Black, 86, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Clark Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Robert Yandell officiating. Interment will be at Bullett Prairie Cemetery.

Black was born March 3, 1913, in Johnston County, to John J. and Mary A. Smith Black. He died Nov. 9, 1999, in Tishomingo.

He was a farmer and lifelong resident of this area. He and Molly May Davis were married in February 1924. She preceded him in death. He was also preceded by a son, John Wayne Black; several brothers and sisters and a grandson.

Survivors include three sons, Robert, Sulphur, Harvey, Tishomingo, and Seburn, of the home; two daughters, Colene Wallace and Mary J. Pierce; and brother, Henry, all of Tishomingo; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Bearers will be Tom Burch, Jessie Wallace, S.R. Robinson, Holland Jester, Damin Perkinson and Brett Wheeler.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
