Sylmar, Calif. -- Funeral serives were Aug. 4 for Victor E. Bell, 57, who died July 31. He was born Oct. 16, 1927 at Hays to Leonard and mary (Bollig) Bell. He married Lorraine Carlisle Nov. 2, 1946.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; two sons, Ronald and Dennis, both of Sylmar; two daughters, Christine Sugg, Los Angeles, and Cynthia Dooley, San Diego; three brothers, Robert, Clarence and Leonard, all of Hays; three sisters, Mary Louis Nay, Mission Hills, Calif., Neva Gatschet, Aurora, Colo., and Edna Brungardt, Bentonville, Ark.; and three grandchildren.
