Marilyn J. Weigelt, 91, lifelong Oconto resident, passed away peacefully on Thursday Mar 10, 2022 at an area nursing home. She was born Nov 3, 1930 in Oconto to Leo and Helen (Phersey) Burbey. After graduating from Oconto High School, Marilyn was united in marriage to Roland Weigelt in 1948. They enjoyed over 68 years together until Roland preceded her in death on Aug 18, 2016. Marilyn enjoyed gardening, canning and spending time at home.

Marilyn is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland; her parents; five brothers and four sisters.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
