"Clara LaVell Oldroyd White, age 75, of Lyman, died July 24, 1983, in Richfield.
"Born April 15, 1908, in Lyman, to Archibald and Theda Jane Buchanan Oldroyd. Married John Henry White, October 5, 1927, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active member of the LDS Church where she served in all of the auxiliaries. She and her husband served at the Manti LDS Temple as ordinance workers.
"Survivors: husband, Lyman; sons and daughters: Arden White and Mrs. Clem (Charlotte) Barney, both of Richfield; Lynn and Royd White, Salt Lake City; John White, Clinton, Utah; Mrs. Ferral (Clara) Dunn, Price; Bruce White, Mt. View, Wyoming; Mrs. Gary (Patsy) Davie, Fillmore; Mrs. Fred (Nancy) Samango, Hawaii; 42 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; sisters: Helen Allen, Mrs. Willis (Lucille) Wood, and Mrs. LaVerl (Janice) Torgerson, all of Lyman.
