Orval Thomas Basham, 82, of Leitchfield passed away at 2:00 AM March 8, 2022 at his home.
The Edmonson County native was a carpenter for Basham's Home Repair. He was a son of the late Shelby Thomas Basham and Elsie Reynolds Basham.
Memorial services and visitation will take place 12-4 PM Sunday at Millwood Community Center.
Surviving are four daughters, Alice Olson (Bill) of Palmerton, PA, Rita Burkel (Tony) of Leitchfield, Lisa Carroll of Caneyville and Elizabeth Gill (Tina) of Salem, IN; five sons, Bobby Basham of Nashville, Wes Basham (Leah) of Leitchfield, Sammy Newton (Stephanie) of Springfield, Michael Basham (Jennifer) of Mammoth Cave and Jamie Porter (Tabitha) of Louisville; three brothers, Homer Basham and Earl Basham both of Owensboro and Barney Basham of Corydon, IN; his former wife, Clara Jones of Palmerton; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews
