Mrs. Nellie Pearl Warren, age 86, of Louisville, KY, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022, at her residence. Nellie was born one of 20 children, to Joseph Albert and Ida Mae (Bennett) Allen. She had various interests throughout her life. Traveling, cooking, gardening, canning, sewing and working puzzles were just a few. She was famous for her homemade relish and salsa.

Nellie was preceded in death by her parents; her son, David Warren; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her longtime companion, Charlie Whelan; her daughter-in-law, Barbara Warren; two grandchildren, Chris Warren and Hope Warren Brewer; two great grandchildren, Joshua Brewer and Masherra Warren; three great-great grandchildren, Sawyer and Atlas Brewer, and Audrey Fugate; her brother, Louis Allen; and her sister, Wanda Branson.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Cap Anderson Cemetery.
