Holly A. Maddox, 78, of Sandyville died Tuesday at the Charleston Area Medical Center, Charleston.
He was born in Jackson County, son of the late John and Bertha Smith Maddox. He attended the Drift Run Methodist Church. He was a self employed mechanic and old field worker.
He is survived by his wife Lucille, one son Clellie Norman of Sandyville; one daughter Etta Elliott, of Sandyville; six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
The funeral is at 2 p.m. at the Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. Allen Johnson and Rev. Jay Waggoner officiating with burial in the Drift Run Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today.
