John Franklin Cornwell, 83, of Robinson, died after an extended illness, shortly before noon Monday, April 4 at the Schmidt Clinic.
He is survived by three sons, Lester O. of Robinson, Wilbur of Junction City, Kans., Frank J. of New Orleans; two daughters, Mrs. Ivan (Lillie) Bottenfield of Oblong, and Mrs. Albert (Mattie) York of Hardinville vicinity; sixteen grandchildren, including Don Sinclair of Robinson who was raised by the Cornwells; ten great-grandchildren and one brother, O. W. Cornwell of Chetopia, Kasn.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in the Cahpel at the Buchanan Funeral Home. Burial will be made in the Robinson new cemetery. Friends may call at the Chapel.
