Our beloved brother, uncle and friend, Clifton Ira Anderson, passed away at Cottonwood Hospital in Murray on Wednesday, November 1, 2006 from complications of a Heart Attack. Cliff was born November 20, 1928 to Ira C. and Irene Archer Anderson in Magna, Utah. He graduated from West High School and ROTC in 1947. He went to Idaho to be a cowboy and worked on a dry farm and there got his first driver's license. When he returned to Utah, he got a job at Cook's Coffee Company.

Cliff was drafted into the US Army in 1950 and served in Germany, cam-ping out in the very cold winters. He was very proud to serve his country with honor. When he returned home from the service, he went back to work for Cook's Coffee and attended Steven's Heneger College, graduating in 1954. He worked for Cook's for 16 years and then they were bought out by Boyd's. He continued working there for a total 42 years and was the manager of the warehouse. Cliff loved cars and collected many. He was an excellent bowler. He also loved spending time in St. George and going to Mesquite with his family and friends. Best of all Cliff loved his family and took care of each and every one of us in his very special way. He enjoyed playing Santa and going on trips with all his sisters, nieces and nephews and he is very special in all of our hearts.

Cliff was preceded in death by his mother; dad; and sisters, Elaine (Stanley) Nelson and Kathy Carter; and brothers-in-law, Calvin Fred Newsome and William Birrell Jr. He will be missed by his sisters, Marjorie Birrell, Fay Newsome and Shirley (Barney) Alvey; brother-in-law, Craig Carter; as well as all of his nieces, nephews and their families and all who knew and loved him.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 6, 2006 at 12 noon at Larkin Sunset Gardens Chapel, 1950 E. 10600 S. Friends and family may call one hour prior to the service.
Entombment will be at Larkin Sunset Gardens.
REST IN ETERNAL PEACE.
