Chona is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and Godchildren. The family would like to extend a special and sincere appreciation to Tillie Baca and Isabel & Rebecca Torres for all the help they so selflessly gave throughout the years, especially during her last months.

Also, thank you to Heritage Health Care and Hospice for their support. As Nana was greatly loved she will be greatly missed. All services will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tome. A final visitation will take place on Saturday, June 10 from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be held at Tome Catholic Cemetery.

"Left with her hand, but right with her mind; quick with her wit, and heart always kind as our guardian angel she gave us hope. With her trusting love she helped us cope. Prayed for us in times of despair, and helped us smile knowing she was right there. Words can't express how we feel inside; how lucky we were to have our Nana close by."
