Tim was born in Beckley, West Virginia on May 23, 1952 to the late Arland and Rachel (Walker) Hatcher.
He was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians. He enjoyed traveling, playing horseshoes, cornhole, and cards.
