Krey, the son of Arcy and Mytle Heggy Krey, was born Sept. 4, 1927 at Richfield, Kansas. He died Nov. 29, 2000, at his farm north of Rolla. He had been a resident of Rolla since 1944. He married Margaret Hormel in 1950. He married -- -- on Dec. 1 1990 in Las Vegas. She survives. Other survivors include a son, three step-daughters, three brothers and three sisters. He was preceded in death by two sons, Michael and Larry, plus his brother Edwin. In addition, he leaves eight step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren. The Rev. Danny Joiner conducted his funeral on Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Emmanuel Baptist Church of Rolla where he was a member. Burial was in Richfield Cemetery.
