She was born February 19, 1914 in Princedale, Arkansas to the late Allen J. and Melinda (Arbuckle) Risner.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Vogel and survived by two sisters, Reba Pollard of Turrell, AR and Mable Bramlett Wells of Batesville, AR; several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
