On September 26, 1932 she married Alex (Sandy) Stromberger, who died in April 1985. Mrs. Stromberger attended school in Windsor. She was a member of the Windsor Assembly of God Church and served as their secretary-treasurer for 29 years. She worked at F.W. Woolworth Company in Greeley for 17 years. She was a great conversationalist and a devout Christian.
Mrs. Stromberger died Sunday, October 14, 2007 at Life Care of Longmont.
Survivors: Daughter, Betty Gutierrez and husband Willie of Longmont; granddaughter, Tammy Bohling and husband Joe of Frisco, TX; grandson, Scott Gutierrez and wife Feliz of Longmont; 4 great-grandchildren, Ava Bohling, Ella Bohling, Glenn Gutierrez, Grayce Gutierrez; 3 sisters, Frieda Metzler and Helen Erbes of Ogden, UT and Bertha Kinsman of Grayling, MI.
Preceded in death by: Her husband, Alex (Sandy) Stromberger; sisters, Katherine Honstein, Mary Nickerson; brothers, Henry Krause, Jake Krause, Dave Krause and Carl Krause.
Services: Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 19, 2007 at Windsor Assembly of God Church.
Interment: Lakeview Cemetery, Windsor.
Visitation: 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 19, 2007 at Windsor Assembly of God Church 8075 WCR 72, Windsor, CO.

Dear Betty and family, I just wanted to tell you how deeply sorry I am for your loss. Yet at the same time I am so happy, happy to know that Elizabeth is free. I greatly enjoyed taking care of her. She was a wonderful women, she lived a long and happy life. I will miss her very much. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
