Wilbur E. Keleher, 50, of Omaha, former Sioux City resident, died suddenly Saturday in a hospital in Omaha. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City with the Rev. Donald Ries, pastor of St. Boniface Catholic Church officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-9 p.m. today with a scriptural wake service at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Mr. Keleher was born Feb. 2, 1938, in Mapleton, Iowa. He came to Sioux City as a child and lived here until moving to Omaha in 1969. He married Eva Wooden. He worked at Concrete Pipe in Sioux City for several years and at Omaha Asphalt Paving Co. for 10 years. Mr. Keleher was a Catholic. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Ted and Wilbur, both of Sioux City; three daughters, Beth and Karen Keleher and Mrs. Paul (Kelly) Carnes, all of Sioux City; his parents, Edward and Mabel Keleher of Sioux City; six brothers, Edward, Ronald and Charles, all of Sioux City, Donald of Stockton, Calif., Joseph of Lawton, Iowa, and Paul of Lodi, Calif.; two sisters, Nancy Gussie of Lodi and Beverly Salvatori of Sioux City and seven grandchildren.
