Jessie L. Stoneking, 85, of 400 W. Grant St., Macomb, died Monday, Feb. 14, 2000, at 5:17 p.m. in the Macomb Senior Living Center.
She was born Oct. 23, 1914, in Macomb to Willis and Lillian Wells Stoneking.
She was survived by one sister, Bessie Butkiewicz of Macomb; one son, James Stoneking of Fulligent, Ala.; and one daughter, Doris Regina Stoneking of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Jake, Monroe, Cecil, Charles and James Stoneking; and two sisters, Beulah Rittenhouse and Mary Anderson.
She was a member of the Southern Baptist Church in Becker, Miss.
Graveside services are at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, in Oakwood Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Green officiating. There will be no visitation.
Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
