But when the Army Corps of Engineers were building the Dam for the new Kaw Lake, and getting ready to flood old Kaw City, they moved the graves of Volley and Carrie Combs to the Woolley Family Lot in the Blackwell cemetery. I am the daughter of Billy DEAN Combs, Samanthia "Sammy" Lou Combs Warren.'
