Albert was originally buried in Oak Grove Cemetery in Kaw City, Kay County, Oklahoma. When Kaw Lake was built in the late 1960s, the cemetery would be flooded so the graves that could be located were moved to Ponca City, Kay County, Oklahoma. After several years bodies not moved were being washed ashore, recovered, and taken to Ponca City. It's not known if Albert was ever moved.
