By 1830 Nathan and Jane returned to Henry County. Jane's father, Elijah Clubb was giving portions of his 2000 acre farm to his children. By Deed on 4/8/1831 Elijah deeded to Jane and Nathan Baker 160 acres on Drennons Lick Creek for $1.
In 1840 the family is found in Shelby County, Missouri where Nathan had gone due to his father, Moses Baker's illness and death in 1834. He is named as Nathan R Baker, an heir. They sold their Henry County property while in Shelby Co.
By 1850 the family had returned to Henry County, Ky. Most of her 9 or more children had left the home by then.
In 1860 Jane is listed as living with Rebecca Hymers and Mary Jane Hymers, both of whom are daughters.
In 1870 Jane is listed in the Census still living with daughter Rebecca Hymers.
In 1880 Jane is last found in the home of her daughter Mary Jane Holmes Age 50. Jane is listed as Mother-in-law of Albert Holmes (age 34). Mary Jane is his wife. Jane Baker is listed as disabled and has a servant. She probably died shortly thereafter which is why 1881 was chosen as the approximate date of death.
Mistaken internet sources list her date of death as Jan 1859 age 60. There is a Jane Baker so listed in the death index for Madison County, Ky. However, our Jane stayed in Henry County, Ky at least through 1880. Also Mark Clubb of Henry Co recently stated that his mother had an old 1879 Atlas that shows the home of Jennie Baker. He believes she may be buried in the Clubb Cemetery that was completely destroyed years ago.
Nathan Baker is missing from Jane's household in 1860 and 1870. In 1860 he is found living in Grayson Co, Ky with Francis Cockrell age 46. Her husband had run off to Indiana and married another. There were several scandals for the day.

Gravesite Details
Jane is probably buried in the old part of the Dutch Cemetery as that was near the Clubb properties near Pleasureville, Henry County where other Clubb's are buried.
