Funeral services for Joseph A. Furst, president of the J.H. Furst Company, printers, will be held at 9 a.m. today at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, whee a eqauiem mass will be said. Burial in Ne Cathedral Cemetery. Mr. Furst, who was 82 died Daunday at the Bon Secours Hospital.
He was the son of the late Josepth M. and Sophia Hemlin Furst. Born in this city he was educted in Ctolic parochial schools and when a boy started a choir-singering career. With his three brothers, Joseph, J. Henry and Frederick V. Furst, he learned the printing trade with the John Murphy Company. The four brothers founded their own printing business in 1904.
