Thomas Nelson, of Yorktown, York Co., Va., and Lucy Grymes., his wife, was born there 27th December, 1764, and married, 1795, Frances, 3rd daughter and 7th surviving child of Gov. John Page and Frances (called Fannie) Burwell, his first wife...The children of Thomas Nelson and Frances Page, his wife were:
1. Thomasia Nelson, born about 1796, married, 1821, Bishop William Meade, of the Episcopal Church, Virginia, and was his 2nd wife. She was buried in The Fork Church graveyard, Hanover Count, Va..
2. Fannie Nelson, born about 1798; died unmarried.
3. Thomas Nelson, born about 1800; died unmarried.
4. Rev. George Washington Nelson, born about 1805; married, about 1835, Jane Crease, of Alexandria, Va., and was his first husband.

When Thomas Nelson, Jr. died, date unknown, leaving his widow, who married, secondly Dr. Carter Berkeley, of Edgewood, Hanover Co., Va.
