Mary Alice Harrison, 90, of St. Joseph, Mo., passed away Thursday, Nov. 8, 2007, at a St. Joseph health-care center.
Mrs. Harrison was born Aug. 16, 1917, at St. Joseph.
She was a homemaker, and loved taking care of the home and family.
Mrs. Harrison was a member the East Side Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Della Lefferts Aholtz; her husband, Howard Harrison Sr.; her son, Howard Harrison Jr.; a grandson; and two brothers, Dan and George Aholtz.
She is survived by her children, Sharon King, and husband, Norman of St. Joseph; Mary Gray, and husband, Jerry of Lawrence, Kan.; and Charles Harrison jr., and wife, Karen of St. Joseph; her daughter in law Mrs Howard Harrison JR (Karen) three sisters, Elizabeth Patton, Dorothy Hawman and Virginia Morris, all of St. Joseph; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
