WALTER P. KARAU
Funeral services were held on Saturday at St. John's Lutheran Church for Walter P. Karau, 83, 204 N. Park St., who died at Wisconsin Veteran's Home, King on Wednesday, Rev. Gerhard Michael officiated and burial was in Merrill Memorial Park.
Mr. Karau was a carpenter and farmer. He served in the U.S. Army during World War 1 and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Surviving in addition to his wife, Irene, are two brothers, John Karau, Spencer, WI and Ted Karau, Visalia, CA.
